Any scratches in your vehicles exterior clear coat can be polished or wet sanded out as long as the painted surface itself isn't damaged.
For severe scratches where the paint has been damaged sanding and repainting by a professional body shop is the best solution. I will repair deep scratches with matching touch up paint at the customers request, however, the paint has to be purchased, sometimes pre-ordered and this cost is passed on to the customer. There is no additional labor charge. Most vehicles touch up pens are available at a local auto parts store, some are only available from a dealership.
