Once your clay bar is worked a bit, flatten it out and apply to all the painted surfaces, the fenders, the tank, body panels, fairing, etc. Make sure the surface is wet as you go over it with the clay bar. |  |
 | Rinse the motorcycle again. Take a synthetic chamois and wipe off the largest areas holding water. Now, with your shop vac on blow mode, blow out every nook and craney until no more water is on the motorcycle. The object is to to not let any water dry on its own while on the motorcycle, especially any on the chrome. |
