Conditioning Motorcycle Leather Rubber and Plastic

I always apply U.V. spray on all rubber because it protects the rubber from drying out, especially on the foot rests, foot pegs, and grips on handle bars.  If the seat is in good condition I'll hit it with the U.V. spray, if not, I will use the leather conditioner, but never use any type of interior dressing or any product that contains silicone or is even slightly slippery, especially on the seat, foot pegs, foot rests, and handle bar grips, these are better left faded and clean than slippery and useless to the rider - no silicone and no dressing any where on a motorcycle.

The same applies to any leather bags.  Usually the insides of fairings are a trim type of plastic that absorb the U.V. spray well.

Also around gauges and stereo, but don't spray directly onto stereo.

Sometimes the brake and throttle cable off the handle bars if they are badly faded.
